Margaux

We started our journey together when we opened Kelly's Coffee House in Mountbellew, Galway in April 2021. In late 2024 we relocated to Kinsale, opening Le Bistro on Cork Street as part of the move. Margaux is the next chapter for us, as we fulfil our dreams of opening a restaurant that feels a little French, very Irish and entirely Kinsale.

Our concept is simple. Cook with the best of what Ireland grows, lands and rears, give it a French accent, and serve it in a setting that is warm and inviting.

We want Margaux to be a place you remember and where you will be remembered.
